Lovely home in Rosemary!

The property was exactly as advertised. The space was perfect for our girls weekend. Everyone had a comfortable place to sleep, plenty of space for group meals, lounging by the pool and hanging out inside. It was in a lovely location, walkable to everything. Would definitely recommend to any large group looking to stay in Rosemary Beach!

Beautiful house great location.

There were 6 of us and we all enjoyed are stay. The pool area is gorgeous and where we spent most of our time. We were close to the beach, restaurants and shopping.

Perfect Girls Getaway

Property is spacious and modern. Comfortable king sized beds throughout. Highlight was the private pool- which receives great sunlight all day long. Patio also has plenty of shade. Easy walking distance to beach and restaurants/shops. It was perfect for a girls getaway!

Perfect Spot for 50th!

Nine college friends reunited at this home to celebrate our 50th birthdays. We could not ask for a better house! The outdoor spaces and fire table were great in the evenings and the bedroom configuration gave everyone plenty of room to spread out and relax. Bikes were no included FYI.

Weekend getaway in rosemary

Loved staying in this house! Could easily walk to everything and the home was spacious and pool area beautiful. The only thing I could complain about was that the cleaning people were there until 4:30 cleaning but other than that we had a fantastic stay and communication was great.

Great stay!

We had a wonderful time. Listing on VRBO matched the house perfectly. Stayed with our family of 5 (13 year old, 11 year old, and 9 year old) and they had a wonderful time. Great pool, play room, and plenty to do. Property Managers were very responsive with all communications. Overall excellent property.

We loved the Stunning Dutch!

The house was gorgeous and had everything we could possibly need. The owner/property manager was wonderful and so responsive. The location in Rosemary was absolutely perfect. The house worked great for our group of 9 (ages 15-63). Will definitely come back!

A Great Family Vacay!

We wanted a place for our family of 11 to be able to spread out and this was it!! Three couples and five teenagers fit this house perfectly. The outside pool and oasis was top notch. The kitchen had everything we possibly could have needed except a cheese grater (or maybe we just didn’t find it) …but everything else for sure! It’s within walking distance of the beach, the square, restaurants and shops. Just a lovely setting in a wonderful neighborhood. Hopefully, we’ll be back next summer.

Great Stay!

Property is beautiful and came as advertised. Kitchen had everything imaginable to prep and cook meals for our small group right down to the built-in Miele coffee maker we used to make fresh coffee each morning. Pool gear such as body boards and fold out chairs also came in handy for the 3-4 days we spent at the beach. Overall, we had a relaxing and enjoyable time and look forward to returning next summer.

Beautiful Home - Could Use Some Improvements

I'd first like to start by saying that the home itself is absolutely stunning. It has everything you could ever want or need, and was perfect for our girls trip. The owners have done a beautiful job. That being said, I'd be remiss not to mention a couple things just to give the owners/management a heads up: 1) The master bathroom toilet needs to be replaced. It made a screaming sound for our ENTIRE trip that sounds like a cat is dying. We could not use the master toilet at night otherwise the 10 folks staying in the house would be woken up. I read about this in other reviews but had no idea it was this bad. By our last day you'd have to slam the toilet to get it to stop making this noise at all. 2) The water container for the Miele coffee maker had inches of mold growing in it. 3) Upon arrival the pool and outdoor area had leaves everywhere - in the pool, around the pool, and all rugs flipped over. We were happy to clean it up before using it, but this was a main feature of the house so we were eager to spend time out there in a prepared space.

Stunning Dutch Review

My overall impressions of this property is favorable. The home itself is absolutely beautiful. Upon entering the home, it smelled a little funny. It was like a combination of cigarette smoke and maybe being closed up for a bit. My biggest disappointment with our stay was the fact that the beautiful patio area including tables, chairs and loungers by the pool were very dirty and dusty. There were also lots of dead leaves on the patio area itself. It was definitely fine for a good spring cleaning at the Stunning Dutch. And for the price to stay in this home, I did expect that it would be immaculate both inside and out.

Rosemary Oasis

Beautiful and spacious home tucked away quietly in the back of Rosemary Beach. The home is incredible with so many amenities; Miele coffee maker, high end appliances, surround sound in multiple rooms, well furnished inside and out with amazing outdoor set up to entertain. What you see is what you get, a heavenly oasis even on a rainy day. As with any home there are always minor issues. Here’s some we encountered as did previous guests. Water heater or circuit needs repairing, went out every day with minimal usage and only a few people. Need more than one pool/beach key, at least 2. at least. Lastly the doors are indeed strange to lock and could use some instructions although sometimes it worked and other times it still wouldn’t lock. It would be great if there were some instructions regarding the amenities and appliances but I guess we live in the YouTube era and we figured everything out in minutes. All in all we’d come back and rent this home again because it fit our family and friends very well. Best beach house we’ve ever stayed on 30A so far.

The good and not so good of our stay

On the good side: The pool and outdoor areas were beautiful and very spacious for our family of 9. Lots of seating, very comfortable and described perfectly in listing. The furnishings in the house are beautiful and very comfortable. On the not so good side: There was only one entry key card for 9 of us for Beach Access! Owner said we are missing one; should have been 2; this made it very inconvenient for 9 people trying to go to the beach at different times. Gourmet Kitchen is large and generally well-stocked; has a Wolf oven and upscale dishwasher with separate drawers that took us 2 days to figure out how to use. In our opinion, instructions should be provided for rental guests; we wasted a lot of time figuring out how to operate the oven and the dishwasher. The large dinner plates can't fit in the dishwasher ( really?). Bedrooms that are listed as Queen rooms do not have Queen Beds--they are full beds and that was a small problem. The hot water system kept blowing the circuit breaker--at least once a day--and the owner said she would have someone come check it, but no one ever did. We just kept running out of hot water and had to flip the circuit breaker. We also found that none of the main doors could be locked when we went to sleep or left the house. The owner was always very responsive to our texts and questions; it's just that nothing really was ever taken care of for us. We have rented many houses over the years and frankly, we were disappointed that such a beautiful house gave us these issues over our vacation time. All that being said, we had a wonderful week in Rosemary!

You can tell the backyard hasn’t been cleaned in a long time. It wasn’t prepped for my arrival. Inside floors were not cleaned my socks and feet were black. TVs in bedrooms do not work. Also seems like someone smoked tobacco beforehand. Not good communication with host when I needed help with tvs or etc. Overall house is pretty cool just cleanliness needs to be fixed.
