Nestled above Rosemary Beach's bustling Town Center, The Blue Bee's recently completed full renovation (spring 2024) offers a luxury coastal retreat.

This three-bedroom loft-like apartment is brushed in a palette of crisp whites and watercolor blues. Step into a light filled decorated dream and feel yourself immediately start to relax.

An expansive stretch of new White Oak hardwood floors beckon you to enter this beautiful space and explore. A custom bunk-room wrapped in white shiplap will make you smile with its pops of electric blue and sunshine yellow. This tiny gem of a room makes for a fun space for little ones to slumber in, while new Twin XL mattresses and built in TVs, allow for adults to sleep comfortably as well.

A brand new washer and dryer and new HVAC system afford you all of the comforts of clean laundry and the perfect temperature at all times for your stay at The Blue Bee.

Step inside the apartment's sparkling chef's kitchen designed to make you feel as though you are cooking inside of a seashell. Iridescent accents glow and change within this light filled space. Open to a breakfast bar that seats four, the kitchen boasts an impressive new Bosch dishwasher, stainless range, and refrigerator. Soaring ceilings and sweeping views of the living, dining and office loft spaces, make for an impressive and interactive culinary experience. Every culinary tool imaginable is at your fingertips to cook up a seaside feast for your family and friends. Pale blue SMEG appliances dot the kitchen, bringing an effortless chic aesthetic to brewing your morning coffee or blending up a smoothie for the kiddos.

Don't feel like cooking after a lazy day at the beach? Pour a glass of wine, and head out the french doors to the apartment's large outdoor patio where you can relax and take in one of Rosemary Beach's spectacular sunsets. Then head downstairs and out to dinner to one of the many incredible restaurants along 30a.

Sumptuous linens adorn the king sized beds in both of the apartment's beautifully appointed bedrooms and will make turning in for the evening an absolute pleasure.

The apartment's primary bedroom is the epitome of coastal glamor. With its double height ceilings, four poster bed, pale blue custom grass cloth furniture and gleaming en suite bathroom, you'll fall asleep feeling peaceful and wake refreshed. French doors open to a lovely Juliette balcony. Step outside with your morning cup of coffee and breathe in a new day that starts happily at The Blue Bee.

Your guests who slumber down the hall from you, will be delighted to find a king size guest bedroom bathed in muted tones of the Gulf. Seafoam greens, soft shimmery golds, and creamy whites merge with natural rough woven materials with feminine scalloped edges. Linger in bed and gaze out over the treetops of Barrett Square and the Dutch West Indies inspired rooftops of Rosemary Beach. The adjacent guest bathroom with its penny tiled floor and whimsical wallpaper will make you smile, reminding you that this is indeed a property where every detail was thought of and no expense was spared.

Get cozy in the elegant but inviting living room to read or watch a movie. Sink into the custom Serena and Lily couch and club chairs that flank a large flat screen TV. An added bonus of the airy space is the built in fireplace, perfect for a cozy night in.

An adjacent coastal modern dining area sits six comfortably. Piece a puzzle together here as a family at the poured concrete table or gather for dinner after a day filled with sunshine and relaxation.

Need a minute to yourself to dip into your emails? Wind your way up the white washed spiral staircase, open your laptop and gaze out to distant views of the shimmering emerald Gulf waters.

Perched at your desk in the loft, you can take it all in… the artwork throughout the apartment is playful and will spark your imagination, each light fixture is a jewel in the crown of this sparkling new space.
