The Space:
* The property is undergoing a balcony restoration project (Sept 2025 - Jan 2026). Balcony restoration is scheduled for Unit 1009 from 11/17 - 12/2. Dates are subject to change based on weather and progress. Balconies will be closed during this time, furniture may be stored inside, and guests should expect noise and dust. No refunds, discounts, or relocations will be provided.

Whip up your favorite meals in the fully equipped kitchen, or get takeout from one of the many restaurants. Whatever you decide, this condo will suit your wants and needs.

The Summit is a Gulf-front resort on the white sand of Panama City Beach - an ideal retreat for families and beach-goers. It is located near many activities, including mini golf, WonderWorks, Ripley's Believe It Or Not!, and more! With many fun activities around, all this vacation home is missing is you!

Per PCB Ordinance 1632, the maximum occupancy is 4 guests, INCLUDING children and infants. Failure to abide by the ordinance may result in a fine and ejection.  VRC #67822
