Our stay at Dustin’s beach house was absolutely perfect. From the very beginning communication was great, the house immaculately clean, beds super comfy, great location close to a beautiful beach access that was never busy and plenty of shopping and great restaurants . Our family of 4 plus 1 dog had more than enough room. The house was very clean and cozy. The house is located minutes from the beach and the golf cart made trips to the beach so easy. The host responded quickly to any questions we had and was very helpful. House was very comfortable. The golf cart was a great addition to the house to access the beach as it is a few blocks away. Beach access with the cart was very easy. Kitchen was well equipped and we made a few meals which was nice. The living room and the kitchen are all in one big room so it was nice to be able to be together with the family while cooking. The back porch was great for morning coffee and reading. We took our 16 yo son, two grown sons, granddaughter, one girlfriend of a son, and our dachshund. The house was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed for the week and more. The AC was due for minor maintenance on the day that we arrived and Dustin was very helpful and prompt with getting it done within minutes of contacting him. The neighborhood is quiet..Perfect for afternoon walks. We love having the back yard and golf cart to take to the beach. The house has a nice floor plan. We had an awesome trip! Both the house and location are amazing! The house is immaculate and the beautiful beach is a short 3 minute golf cart ride. You can park the golf cart at the top of the walking path and walk right down to the beach no problem at all (we did it each day of our stay with a 2.5 year old and a 1 month old). The 6 person golf cart with the fold down back for all of our beach stuff was great. Dustin (homeowner) is also very accommodating and easy to communicate with. He is an excellent host. We had a wonderful and relaxing stay in this very comfortable house. It was very clean, and the beds had crisp linens-the owners have really taken every detail into consideration. We loved the small, quiet community, yet it was very close to Pier Park and 30A. The golf cart was great for getting to the beach access and we also enjoyed morning walks to the beach. We would definitely rent this house again. This is truly great house located a very short golf cart ride away from the beach. The owner (Dustin) is on top of everything and a great communicator. The kitchen is very well stocked for all of your cooking needs. Also, the house is spotless. I wouldn’t have to think twice about booking this property if we were in the area again.
