“We had a lovely meal in the restaurant but unfortunately the stay was less impressive. Having booked a room for 3 it was set up for 2 with just 2 towels, 2 mugs, 2 glasses and 1 tea bag. "The kettle in my room is terrible. After several times of washing and boiling, the hot water is still floating of some white particles although I found the tape water is purely clean. I gave it up. Also the drinking water machine behind the lobby bar(sitting area) was unable to make hot water, I need to ask front desk staff to get a cup of hot water to make my tea."
