When I disputed this, they provided two conflicting documents: an unsigned slip and another with a forged signature that is NOT mine. “Almost everything was perfect in this beautiful boutique hotel,nice decoration,nice room(samia),perfect beach,lush environment,attentive and well English spoken staff.Restaurant with potential,offers a very good quality and varied a la carte options but ambiance and music at nights should be improved to make it more romantic,inviting;now is too bright,looks like a cafeteria.Breakfast is quite simple and repetitive,no natural orange juice offered,which is a must.”

“Excellent experience at Monkey Bar the staff give me tissue that was sweet of them. Lots of activities and the staff are amazing. Loved the kayaking since it was my first time and the staff are definitely hard working and well deserve to raise there salary.Food hall excellent staff Kim and Charlie assisting us.
