"Great check-in experience. The unit feels quite dated. Coffee machine didn’t work and coffee provided is similar to an old, run down hotel. The “patio” was essentially impossible to step out on and no chairs to sit and enjoy the view. Likely wouldn’t stay here again."

"We stayed in the 2bedroom 2bathroom suite and it was amazing. Large space, clean, modern and welcoming. The place had nearly everything we needed. On our first day it was about 24degC outside and we could feel it inside, there was no A/C but for the rest of the week outside temps were only 18-20 so it was very comfy inside. They do provide fans. The TVs were massive however a big issue is none of them are smart TVs so there's no built in apps or even easy way to cast to them which made using them a chore unless you had something you wanted to watch on cable. The beds were very comfy all around but the issue are the pillows' heights were waaay too thick especially for kids. Would have been nice to have different thickness pillows. The in suite laundry made keeping our swim essentials clean a breeze, however the ad wasn't very clear about it, if we had known it was in suite we would have packed lighter. Near our checkout day a family moved in upstairs and they were very noisy, every foot step and child scream transferred through but the family before them were quiet, just be aware that noise between upper and lower floors travels if you are a light sleeper. We loved the stay and would recommend to others, we do wish that the host can be more detailed on what is in what suites, improve TV smart capability and also have different pillow options. We didn't need A/C but can definitely see it being required if it were 30degC outside."

"Great overall unit. Good location to the lifts and pools. Unit had everything needed for a comfortable stay. The only downside is the trundle bed. This may be ok for small children but is very uncomfortable for older kids or even young teenagers. If the couch was a true pull out bed it would make this unit that much better."

"Room was clean and easily accessible. It fit our family well. Parking for larger vehicles is a bit difficult. We also had trouble with the key card for the hot pools."

"We will absolutely be staying here again! This place was exactly as pictured online. The BEST views in the village (in my opinion); the sound of the rushing river & access to EVERYTHING offered was top notch! The townhouse was very inviting, fully stocked with everything needed & then some - a home away from home for sure! The individual air conditioner units & fans were very appreciated on the hotter days & located in the closets; very easy to set up. Never did we hear our neighbours & everyday we saw wildlife from the balcony. Not having to deal with a ‘front desk’ person for anything provided full uninterrupted family time & comfort. The host Tyler, was AWESOME… he answered any questions, ensured we were clear on check-in instructions & everything went smooth which only added to the amazing memories & experience!"
