There are many hotels offering a far better experience at the same price point. Unfortunately, this hotel lacks even the basic standards of hospitality. The room telephones are not working, there are ongoing electrical issues, and the air conditioning is both extremely noisy and ineffective. Despite repeated complaints, these problems remained unresolved throughout my stay. I cannot recommend this hotel.

We had a wonderful stay at Mandarin Oriental Al Faisaliah Riyadh. The hotel offers exceptional service, elegant rooms, and a truly luxurious atmosphere. The staff were warm, attentive, and made us feel genuinely welcome throughout our stay. One of the highlights was the hotel’s excellent location. We loved the surrounding area, with its convenient access to Al Faisaliah Mall, restaurants, cafés, and nearby attractions, making it easy to explore and enjoy the city. Overall, it was a memorable experience, and we look forward to staying again in the future. Highly recommended.
