Just arriving at this villa and seeing the magnificent panoramic views over Chrysochou Bay and Latchi Harbour will without doubt put you in the mood to enjoy the holiday of a lifetime. The villa is located within the scenic setting of the Akamas Peninsula in Southern Cyprus, nestled on a sun-drenched hillside with breathtaking views.Take a deep breath and feel the ambience of this amazing villa as soon as you step inside.

The villa is modernly furnished to a high standard with furnishings carefully hand-picked with the help of celebrity interior designer Linda Barker and is complete with a private pool and landscaped garden.

Downstairs, the villa features an open-plan living area which enjoys spectacular sea views along with soft furnishings, satellite TV, a DVD player and an open fireplace. The dining area seats 6 and the contemporary kitchen features all main appliances needed for a comfortable self-catering stay. A double bedroom and separate bathroom with shower and bathtub is also located on the ground floor.

A marble staircase leads up to the first floor to a further two bedrooms, one twin and one double, both with en-suite shower rooms.

Outside the villa you will find a spacious and sunny garden area with 8m x 4m private pool and a variety of plants and trees. There is ample space for sunbathing and outside dining and a winding staircase leads up to an open first floor balcony area, where the late afternoon sun can be enjoyed.

This villa is magnificent in every way and located in one of the most picturesque areas of Cyprus.

Spectacular Views

A fabulous place to stay for a quite and relaxing time. Spectacular views from the property. Plenty of good restaurants at Latchi harbour just a 5 min drive, and we would also recommend The Herb Garden and Finikas restaurants in Polis. There is a parking space outside the property, and a car is an essential for this villa. I would highly recommend a stay here.
