“The setting is beautiful, right next to the park. I felt very secure so I left the balcony door open most of the time. No screens in the windows, but also almost no bugs. A honeybee got in and I had to kill it. No air conditioning so cross ventilation is what you use. Absolutely loved listening to the river in the park while sleeping.
