The pools, water park and casino were really nice. The restaurants were really difficult to get into unless you had made reservations before your trip. I found the staff to be in general rude, unhelpful, and at times passive aggressive. Tips are paid before any service is provided which removes the point of them. Everything is overpriced and a lot of typical activities were not provided by the resort but left to private vendors on the beach that had questionable safety practices (parasailing, jet skies, etc). Next time I take a tropical vacation I will look elsewhere.

This is my 4th time staying at Atlantis and I have to admit that it'll be my last. Staff was not friendly, elevators had constant lines due to two not working. I asked to speak to a manager and all that person did was make excuses and say that was the best he could do. Very disappointing.

We recently spent a week in The Bahamas to celebrate my 40th Birthday and we were given a room upgrade on the 24th floor with two balconies sticking out and whole view of the resort plus 300 room credit and free access to all the towers and resorts, it was nothing short of spectacular! Atlantis Bahamas is worth staying.
