"Bathroom needs some work, basically nothing for breakfast, no waffle batter, a partial loaf of bread left out but no butter or jelly, juice machine not working or not filled, just a little milk left for cereal, kitchen very poorly stocked. Bed was terrible, mattress should be thrown out. Toilet off the breakfast area plugged, nasty, water on floor, no tp…. Ice machine worked tho!!!! Locks on doors broken."

"This house was everything we needed for our trip to Topeka! A group of us traveled from IL to Topeka to see a friend from high school and her family. Kings Cottage was only 5 mins away from her house and was so convenient for the weekend! The game room in the basement and the man cave in the garage were added features that the kids loved! House was equipped with everything we needed and was clean. Neighbor hood was a little run down but that didn’t stop us from having a great time! Owner was quick to reply to any messages I sent and was great to work with. Would recommend to others and will be staying here again if we plan another trip back to Topeka. "
