“À moins de 10 minutes en voiture des remparts, notre chambre spacieuse faisait face à la.mer. Lits confortables et douillets. Service courtois. Restaurant avec menu varié et plats savoureux.”

“La situation géographique de l’hôtel est excellente, à qques minutes à pieds de la plage ! Le personnel est aimable, bon échange verbal ! Il y a un carrefour market, boulanger à proximité ! Et des places gratuites pour se garer dans les rues en face ! Je dirai que l’hôtel est accueillant ! Ma chambre était propre: lit, salle de bain ! Le petit bémol c’est le sol de la chambre : il a fait son temps, et je suggérerai qu’il faudrait le changer car avec le temps et les aléas, la moquette vieillit ……

“The problem was that this isn't a hotel, it is a bed and breakfast with a couple of bedrooms. When I arrived just after 3pm there was nobody there. The owner (who was a pleasant man) normally did not accept arrivals until 4pm. Also, it is located on the oldest street in town, a very, very steep heavily cobbled street only accessible on foot. It us very pretty but difficult to access with luggage. Having said that it is very pretty and my room was quaint but good.”

“We enjoyed our stay. We had a superior cottage room which was very spacious although no real view from the balcony The spa pools were very well done but very busy - probably too busy. The weather was very hot so the pools were full not only with hotel guests but also spa guests. We ate in the fine dining restaurant and the crêperie ie the same small restaurant which has a different approach at lunchtime and in the evening. Both very good. The bar and terrace were also a lovely place to……

“Staff were nice and helpful. Pros: A/C and water machine in lobby. Morning breakfast was decent. Location was central, as we went to both intra-muros of Saint Malo and did a daytrip to Dinan. Be aware: no mini fridge and no ice machine (when we stayed).”
