"Recent remodel, but came out gloomy and depressing. Street it’s on is all graffitied and felt unsafe. Also, extremely overpriced and I would not stay here again. "

"Beautiful room with an especially nice bathroom. Beds were reasonably comfortable, though a little firm for our taste. The breakfast buffet was terrific!
The metro is very convenient to the hotel, a five minute walk away, and only four stops to the Duomo.
All the staff were very pleasant and efficient.
Only suggestion: the walls in the room had numerous dirty smudges that needed attention."
