Super joli, super confortable, personnel super accueillant ! Je recommande ! Attention, il est écrit sur Expédia que le transport vers l’aéroport est compris, mais ce n’est pas vrai. Ce n’est pas la faute de l’hôtel, c’est une mauvaise info sur le site d’Expedia.

The staff was very accommodating. The breakfast was plentiful and at an excellent price. I loved going up to the rooftop bar and enjoying a Coke! Iris was great! The hotel is in an excellent location! Near Plaza del Sol and Plaza Mayor! I would definitely recommend this hotel.

This could easily be given 5 stars but we found the room quite noisy. Other than that, the breakfast was very nice, the staff was super attentive, the rooms are beautiful and everything is clean.

The rooms are beautiful. However, the check in process didn’t give “vacation vibes”. You’re definitely checking into an apartment so no special experience upon check in, but the property itself is lovely & most places I wanted to go were 15 mins or less on an uber ride away.

EL personal De la recepción del turno de la mañana No es Amable, Tienen una Pésima Actitud, No Tienen Educación. Ahí 2 mujeres súper amargadas Y otro hombre amargado No recomiendo Alojarse en este hotel ya que El personal del a mañana de recepción No Son Eficaces en su trabajo y tienen una mala actitud
