On a demandé un hébergement dans le quartier de Saint Denis, on nous a donné une adresse à Mantes-la-jolie, dès le début, on avait affaire à une manque de professionnalisme.Arrivée dans l'appartement, on avait seulement de l'eau chaude que la première et dernière nuit de notre séjour, ainsi que le chauffage ne marchait qu'à la première nuit de notre séjour.On a beau appelé, on a vécu dans un endroit froid pendant l'hiver.J'espère qu'il y aura une amélioration pour les autres vacanciers.

L'heure pour s'installer n'a pas été respecté. On a pu aller dans l'appartement qu'à partir de 17h30 au lieu de 15h et la personne pour le nettoyage était encore présente lors de notre arrivé. L'appartement est dans un état moyen, la plaque de cuisson a trois grosses fissures, le canapé est troué, la poignet d'un placard tient à peine et les murs sont taché ici et là...

Propre mais mal isole

L’appartement est très propre et la communication avec le gerant est fluide. Il n’est pas aussi spacieux qu’il semblerait sur les images mais bien fonctionnel. Problème de serrure : un système électronique d’ouverture/fermeture de la porte en panne; nous avons dormi une nuit avec une porte dont la serrure était tournée, mais qui pouvait être ouverte de l’extérieur finalement, sans nous en rendre compte. Problèmes d’isolation: pour peu, on s’entends parler du couloir. Beaucoup de vis a vis mais beau batiment.

Appartement propre et fonctionnel avec parking

Logement pratique, propre et fonctionnel pour visiter Paris en laissant son véhicule avec station de métro à 2 pas. Appartement adapté pour 4 personnes. Pour info, cela m'a surpris de devoir réserver avec la CB sur Abritel puis devoir ensuite régler au propriétaire pour finaliser la réservation. Une information préalable aurait évité mon inquiétude.
