I stayed at Hotel Hiro and i definitely will be returning next time I'm in Paris. The staff was so friendly and helpful!
And the room was very clean and well-maintained, albeit a little cozy. The room that I had was perfect since i was traveling solo. But the whole hotel was very nice!
Loved this hotel. Clean, well maintained room, small but perfect for solo traveller. The most lovely helpful staff. Excellent location and great aircon which was needed in this heatwave. Would highly recommend.
This is a beautiful property. The staff was friendly and helpful. The space for the jacuzzi was serene and calming. The location of this property was very convenient. I will definitely book here again.
This is a really beautifully decorated, clean and well-situated hotel near the arc de triomphe. This is great for solo travels, work trips or couples.
I escaped the UK heatwave to experience the French heatwave which was even worse, but luckily the ac was running perfectly in the room.
The hotel uses Nuxe products which I thoroughly enjoyed.
They have a complimentary hammam spa and jacuzzi room which you can book for 45 minutes per day. The jacuzzi was wonderful, however the steam room did not seem to work properly as it never got hot enough.
I had complimentary breakfast included in my booking, however the staff member did not seem to be very fond of non-French speaking guests.
Staff on arrival were extremely inviting and friendly. They accommodated the storage of our luggage until our room was was ready.
Beds were comfortable and the stay was extremely pleasant.
A great small hotel in an unbeatable location 2 blocks from the Arc de Triumph!
The room was very clean and loved the interior design with the headboard made to look like a suitcase with a luggage tag.
Great hotel in a very good location, very close to metro & Arc de Triomphe and Champs Elysees are walking distance. Hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly.
Staff was very friendly and helpful. The property was clean.

Make sure to ask for a room in the 1st floor and above - avoid GF floor rooms no window and directly towards either lobby or breakfast room noise. Good staff and manager - they handle client’s requests attentively. Location is perfect - Rooms are new - clean but very little spacing to put the clothes.

We booked the Chambre Premium - La Solaire, the best room in the hotel with a balcony for a four night stay. The room was well decorated and had all the amenities you would expect for a decent hotel room including a Nespresso machine. The room was however very small with only a small rack to hand clothes. Despite the compact nature of the room everything else was fine, moreover, the balcony was nice to have a coffee and chat on.
Breakfast was served from 7-11 and was fine with fresh pastries, bread, cheese, jams and yogurts etc. The only thing lacking was English tea - a problem all over Paris - mainly for Brits. That said, the coffee and other green teas made up for that.
The location was brilliant, with good Metro links and close to the Champs-Élysées and Arc de Triomphe.
The primary reason for why I booked this hotel was the spa and wellness facilities. Unfortunately this was not fully functioning, a problem highlighted by some older reviews. That said, I would have thought that these issues would have been fixed promptly, as it is definitely a unique selling point for the hotel. The whirlpool/jacuzzi heater was not functioning and had dirt floating in the water. Although we were invited to use the facility, we opted not to for the reasons already mentioned. This was a significant letdown for the stay and hence the 3 star review, if the spa was working and clean, it definitely would have been a 5 star review.
Overall the hotel is very clean, the staff are welcoming.
I am very pleased to have stayed at a newer hotel during my short visit to Paris. The hospitality at front desk was amazing, they let me check in slightly early and I was running late on check out and they were accommodating.

Excellent location if you want to be in the biggest tourist areas. Main lobby and rooms are decorated well. Spa is pretty awful- changing room is basically a store room. Very loud club at night so didn’t sleep at all. The rooms are also very small so we did have to upgrade our room.
It was a great stay we arrived at 3 on a Thursday and left early Monday morning, good location close to the metro and a quiet street.
Staff was nice, rooms were small but your aware when booking, the utilities like shower and bathroom were spacious and felt luxurious feeling.
We had a small window made it feel bigger.
Bed was comfortable but smaller.
Front desk ordered a taxi for us on the return route to the airport
Good hotel but make sure to get a room with window
Initially I was given a room without windows for which the entrance door was in the breakfast room. I asked to be put in another room which has been arranged otherwise I would have not stayed in this hotel especially when you're paying more than 200eur/night. The location breakfast and spa are great but the room is small and desk is not comfortable.
