Beautiful 48 sqm  1 bedroom apartment on the 5th floor with elevator  on  the street, with a beautiful view over the rooftops of Paris and balcony. It's made of :








• The living room: with a sofa bed offering a bed for 1 person, coffee table and carpet, TV, internet access / Wifi, storage shelf. Window on street. Spinning balcony


• Kitchen open to the living space, with a microwave, a fridge, hotplates, kettle, teapot, coffee maker and all the necessary for cooking and eating, washing machine dryer


• Dining area with table and 4 chairs.


• The bedroom with a 160 cm x 200 cm bed, bedside table and dressing. Window on street


• The bathroom with shower and sink, hair dryer, WC.


The apartment is rented with linen, towels, iron and vacuum cleaner.




The check in are made without extra cost from Monday to Saturday between 2 p.m. and 8 p.m. Between 8 p.m. and 10 p.m., there is an extra 30 € fee. Between 10 p.m. and midnight, there is an extra 50€ fee.





- for an arrival on a Sunday or a public holiday, there is an extra 30 € fee.

The balcony, view, and location are to die for

Absolutely loved our stay in this flat! It’s right in the heart of the Marais with more restaurants and boutique stores than you can count. The elevator is itty bitty but it can fit 2 slender people, or one person and one suitcase. But it’s better than walking up 5 flights of stairs. The bed is comfortable, the pillows not so much. The living area is cute and the kitchen has everything you need. No satellite TV, just French stations, but who needs a TV when you can sit on the balcony and drink a glass of wine? People watching is fun (and there are a lot of people!). You can walk in any direction and see places like the Loueve, the Seine, Notre Dame (get tickets online—it’s worth it), Place du Vosges, and so much more. Great central location and I definitely recommend it!
Cecile greeted us and was so responsive—she was the best host!
This is at the end of the street.

small but perfect

The apartment location was perfect. Although the building is old, the windows were very effective at eliminating street noise when closed, which wasn't often during our stay because the balcony overlooking the street provided a wonderful view of the lively activity below. My only suggestion would be to restock the kitchen with useful kitchen tools (sharp knives, whisk, basic cooking utensils- seems like many things were either broken or missing.)

The apartment is exactly as described. The host Gregory was very welcoming and recommended some restaurants to eat which we did go to and enjoyed very much. It was a great way for 3 adults to have a comfortable place to come back to in the mid afternoon after long walks exploring Paris and sit back with a drink and a snack before heading back out to continue exploring and dinner. Its location is perfect in the middle of everything you can think of (Notre Dame, Louvre, Champs Élysées, BVH shopping centre). The one comment I would highlight is the pull out bed's mattress could be improved. It currently has a thin foam as a mattress. My son said he managed to sleep well. After all day walking, great food and drinks I guess any kind of bed would do. Overall very pleased with the apartment on rue des Archives.

Great apartment in a great location

The apartment is in a great location and close to Metro and walkable to all the sights. The property is spacious and clean and had everything we needed for a week’s stay in Paris. The property managers were responsive and easy to communicate with as well.

We stayed for a total of 10 days. The location of the apartment was excellent, the neighborhood is very vibrant, not quiet. The apartment was as described in pictures and online write up, bright, clean, and roomy for 2 people. Bedding was spotless and comfortable. Check in was ok. We had paid for cleaning items to be provided. We received 3 detergent pods for the washer, ONE garbage bag, and toilet bowl cleaner. There were no paper towels, dishwashing detergent, or clean dishwashing sponges (an old cruddy one was in place). After about 7 days, the shower and kitchen sink drains began to clog up. We notified the management agency and also asked for an additional garbage bag, but received no response. All in all, we had a good stay… responsivity of management agency can use improvement.

Could have been better

There is a black mold issue in the bathroom. We had to scrub daily to keep it at bay. Property management is disorganized and hard to work with. Other than the mold, the apartment is great and wonderful location. Easy to access pretty much anywhere in Paris from this location.

Bright and charming

My husband and I spent almost a week here and had a great experience. The location is perfect and the flat was clean and well-appointed. The big windows and rooftop views are an added bonus. It was also a pleasure to work with the leasing agents. We highly recommend it.

Bright airy apartment

Amazing rooftop views. Centrally located in the Marais. Walking distance to sights, metros, and great restaurants. Apartment was so bright and airy that we didn’t even have to leave it to enjoy delightful Paris ambiance. Would definitely return. Thoroughly enjoyable accommodation.

Very pleasant experience

My wife and stayed at this place 2 weeks and had a great time. It was very clean, location was great, utensils and appliances were new. The owner was very responsive to our requests. The only thing missing is a dishwasher which can be very helpful for long stays.
