The property managers provide zero communication before and during our nine days stay. We tried several times to give them correct contact information by phone and email with no response from them. We asked for more towels on the second day because the towel drying rack didn’t work and the towels stay wet overnight, but there was no response for the entire rest of our stay despite text messages phone calls, and messages through the booking firm. I am amazed that we actually received check-in information that worked through the various codes and keys that we needed. We received no instruction for checkout. If there had been an emergency or power outage, we would have had a very serious problem.
