We loved the room decor. Super quiet at night. Staff were very professional and helpful when needed - including when we needed to drop off our bags prior to check-in.

This is a friendly hotel with larger than usual rooms and a well-appointed public area. It is conveniently located to transportation, and the surrounding area is walkable and interesting. The staff was very accommodating when we needed a late supper. The outdoor space is special. The shower was temperamental. It was impossible to regulate the temperature of the water easily. Then, it became impossible to cool off the water. By the time we realized it was not operator error, it was too late to have it repaired. I am a fan of Marriott's Renaissance hotels. I have frequented them in Chicago and Asheville. This property is good. But for the water issue, it would have been great.

Fantastic hotel and brilliant customer service

Brilliant hotel with first class service in a great location that makes it easy to get around Paris. I'd highly recommend especially given the lovely personal welcome from the hotel who left a lovely welcome note and champagne in our room.

While being in a decent location, this hotel does not offer what you expect from a 5 star hotel. We spent two nights with a crew of artists and were all disappointed. Check in was super long, we got accused of smoking in the rooms, one of out guys also got held at breakfast like he was not going to pay, then we had one of our show outfits ruined by laundry. Never got reimbursed or no gesture til this day. Just plain embarrassing. Will not return

I wish every hotel stay was like this!

Best stay we have had in a long time!!! The hotel was so clean, and the staff went out of their way to give us the most fabulous experience. They were so friendly, the concierge was incredible with fabulous recommendations, and the room was beautiful. Even down to the refillable water bottle in the room… I wish every hotel stay was like this!! Absolutely prestine and we will be staying here everytime we come to Paris!

Excellent location, with all cool neighborhoods nearby. The hotel is clean, and comfortable. The gym could be better equipped, and a little larger. Nevertheless it is a very good option, and a decent price for this 5 star hotel.

Perfectly located near Place de la République, as well as its nearby metro station, this wonderful gem is stylishly decorated. The rooms are cosy, comfortable and furnished with taste and style. The gym is a little small, as well the spa, but it is nice, classy and clean.

Very good hotel, with a nice room size. The breakfast it was great, with a good variety of items. The gym is on the small side, but enough for a little cardio. The location is really good, by the transportation right out of the door, very central, close to shops, restaurants and services. Definitely a place to consider in a next trip to Paris.
