“If you are thinking about booking this property over a motel in Clinton or in the area, just do it! Frank was great to work with and super nice guy! After the events we went to all day it was nice to come back and relax on the comfortable couch watching tv and then go to bed. This VRBO is newly built and really clean and quiet and you can have your morning coffee out on the deck with a view of the Mississippi. There is also a pickleball court right outside your door if you are into that. It was……

“Clean, comfortable, and quiet the majority of the time. Occasional overnight trains and live music next door (ended at a reasonable time on a Saturday night, and was pretty good also) are really the only noticeable noise in the area. Nice restoration and use of the older building. Easy self check in and out, with a neat outdoor rooftop space with a nice view of the river. Parking in the area is pretty easy, even if you can’t get in to the spaces adjacent to the building. Great location for……

“Excellent- 10 out of 10!! We stayed on a Sat. The location was prefect. We were able to walk to the event & not a long walk. We decided to check out the night life after the event & walk around. We had a great time. Stompbox food was very good! He provided clear and precise instructions for parking & how to get in the bldg and loft. It was very clean & provided everything you could need to stay. He even has ear plugs next to the beds, in the event you feel the pubs are too loud. We never heard……

“The house and location were great overall. Plenty of room! A family with kids would especially appreciate the wonderful basement space. Fenced yard was such a benefit for our dog baby. We had an issue with an outside light to the back yard, Kyle came right away to fix it. Only potential improvement would be around some functionality. No tables of any kind in the living room. I understand you may not want people to eat and drink in there, but they will anyway….and they do, by the look of……
