Staff was excellent. But for a four star hotel I thought it was lacking. Small rooms. Pretty basic decor. One of the worst showers — barely a trickle, not hot, and drain backed up. Prices were elevated unreasonably (5€ a 33cl soda in the minibar, 8€ a beer). It wasn’t a bad experience. But for the price I paid I’d expect a better experience.

Hotel itself is beautiful. Pool and amenities as advertised. Staff are well trained, professional, and very friendly. The room fit and fondue do not reflect the price - layouts are quite strange, ie. no sink on the same floor as the toilet and shower. And Bring your own mattress because the beds are exceptionally uncomfortable. Location would be the main reason to stay
