Hi, to whom it may concern;
As a recurring customer I would say that they can do better with the food, having better meals will defenilly make this beautiful, well located resort much better. At my last stay I did not have a good impression at the counter when checking in. the lady behind the desk wasn't friendly., I understand the local customers (Dominican as myself) can be annoying and demanding as the reputation we create by being happy, exaggerating happpy unfortunately. BUT, that's how we stand out and get loved all over the world except in our own country by our own people, confusing, I'll say since you (the staff) from management to counter clerk, janitor or whatever duties you get assigned. You must behave and treat the customer with attention and respect, otherwise it'll feel discrimination. in general speaking.
