Our stay was a 2 night stay we came on Sunday afternoon and leaving Tuesday afternoon. As far as customer service the concierge of Expedia Yennifer Perez went above and beyond to accommodate for every complaint that went wrong as far as rooms. Rooms were said to be newly renovated but definitely were missing alot necessary things. As far as my room there were missing shower caps, toothpaste, shaver & a towel for our 4 guests. We complained multiple times and Yennifer reached out multiple times to staff about amenities and tried and failed but we appreciated her concern. The buffet around our area was semi descent. There were so many places we can go around here but unfortunately we didnt get to. It was my fathers birthday yesterday made a reservation to a restaurant and it was pretty good . Best meal we had all the resort. The pool and jacuzzi in our area was fun but they closed really early which was a down part. I really didnt get to explore how i wanted because the walk to get to places was really far. We were from expedia and we woke up Monday early to enjoy our whole day and we were disturbed mostly.by the fact that after our morning food we were stopped by representatives from the Lifestyle resort VIP that we were lured by a free bottle.of.liquor but were then taken through a long speech and a long tour of the VIP accommodations packages for about 4 hours after telling them multiple times we werent interested. It took up our whole morning and in the end we didnt want .
