"Great place to see in old Lisbon. Right down town, but in a quiet section. Walk out the front door to a pedestrian only street with lots of eating options. The room was large and clean. The beds are firm, but comfortable. I was nervous with the check-in being remote, but it was perfect. I received an email the day before and every door is electronic (which is very handy). 3 minutes to one Metro station and 10 to the Train station. Couldn't be better placed!"

"This hotel has discovered the secret of true hospitality. Not only did they get everything right in service, food quality and cleanliness, they took it a step further. Front desk staff stands to great you and converse; restaurant managers take the time to walk you through the restaurant’s offerings; bellman explain all aspects of the room’s capabilities.
And if you have children, there is simply nowhere else to stay! The buffet has colourful kid-friendly cups and bowls in addition to the china. There is an outdoor play area with string lights and grass, safely bordered by decorative walls and hedges.
And they are pet-friendly!
As a couple traveling on vacation without children or pets, we marveled at how this hotel seamlessly made us feel fully catered to while fully catering to families and pets simultaneously. They literally offer the specialised service that most hotels strive to achieve. Well done. We’ll be back. "
"10 minute walk from Oriente large shopping mall
Basic but spotlessly clean airport hotel. Great shower, great breakfast.5 minutes from quiet metro stop for direct access to Lisbon center
We stayed as it was clise to Camino route & our bags could be moved on from there
Staff very helpful regarding luggage
Would stay again

"We had a river view and it was serene. There was some noise as the hotel is located within the Santa Apolonia train station, but it isn't much. I value the convenience of many forms of transportation being nearby. There are many restaurants nearby since it is a Port dock nearby for cruises, however I found them to be quite pricey and the quality lacking. Although the room was nice, I felt it was a bit far."
