Great location, the room was big and the bed was comfortable. The service was great, stored our luggage and made restaurant recommendations. There was always a taxi outside to take us where we needed to go. We would stay again.

This hotel was in the center of the city. Tram 28 stop is right by its entrance. Rooms are very cosy and big. The breakfast could have been better but no complaints. The view from the rooftop bar is amazing.

We stayed at Hotel Mundial for 6 nights in April 2023. It was the perfect base for our Lisbon adventure. The hotel is within easy walking distance to metro, train and bus routes, as well as the Tram 28 beginning and ending stops (less than 5 minutes). There are plenty of shops, cafes and restaurants in the immediate vicinity. The staff were all very friendly, courteous and helpful. There is a great supermarket right next door so you can stock up on water and other essentials. The air conditioner worked very well. We had a street-facing room but did not notice any noise; although we did run the A/C unit every night. The buffet breakfast included in the room was excellent - so much choice and lots of options to suit anyone's needs. We very much enjoyed the rooftop bar - great location for a drink and really lovely to watch the sun go down and see the lights in the city. Our room was very basic, but was fine for us. The only thing that didn't work well was the USB charger in the room, but we went to a nearby phone store and bought a charger for 10 euros. Otherwise, it was a perfect stay!!
