“The front desk lady was very kind and patient even tho I was frustrated because the pool was closed due to maintenance. I always use hotels that have pools for my boys. The remote did funky things. The front desk worker offered to help either reprogram a new remote or to move rooms to a suite because all of the double rooms were rented out. We chose to stay where we were. “This property is UNBELIEVABLE - even better than the photos! The home itself is gorgeous and designed to complement the beautiful, natural surroundings - lovely stone and wood and so many wonderful design touches! Every detail was thought of when considering guest needs - plenty of fridge space and ice (even at the dock!), a coffee bar area, spacious showers...the list goes on!
