“No towel service, people could not enter the pool because hand rails to low, tv service was terrible, asked cleaning lady for towels she never brought them, nobody ever came around to see if everything is okay, so we left after two nights and had to book a hotel elsewhere, is it possible to get a refund for the three nights we didn’t stay”

“El lugar está muy bonito! Pero lo que no nos gustó fue que nunca hay nadie en recepción, no había a quien preguntarle nada, el internet muy malo, nos quedaron de enviar una reposición de coffee maker y porque el que estaba ahí estaba quebrado, lo cual nunca llegó.”

“Wir haben hier wundervolle Tage verbracht. Die Unterkunft ist genau wie auf den Fotos beschrieben. Sie ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, alles sehr sauber und wir konnten uns extrem gut erholen. Wir haben den Pool und die Terrasse, die von außen nicht einsehbar sind, sehr genossen. Außerdem konnten wir im Garten Leguane, Schmetterlinge und viele Vögel - auch die scharlachroten Aras beobachten, die sich von den Früchten der Palme im Garten ernährt haben. Das war ein richtiges Highlight! Einmal……
