"The hotel is right on the lake and don’t feel busy. Always able to get a sun lounger and the staff are very friendly and helpful. You really need a car though as there is nothing really within walking distance. "

The only downside and I saw the person involved talking to a member of staff before discovered is that our hotel towels went missing from sun loungers we reserved at breakfast as did others but this couple acquired the sun loungers we reserved. "This property is spotless, the staff are friendly and the food just gorgeous. The place is well thought out. A small car park, followed by the hot tub and pool, with sunbeds. There is also a sun terrace upstairs that is really nice but noone really used it apart from a couple of people. We never used the spa but you can book in to have a massage. The location is less than 5 mins to the lake and the town centre is about 10-15 min walk. Station is a good 25-30 mins walk but the tickets are easy to get and you can go to Verona, Milan or Venice quite easily. Great location, great staff and hotel. "

"We had a lovely stay at Le Terrazze sul lago. The hotel staff were welcoming, friendly and very helpful. The main pool area is beautiful with plenty of sunbeds and there is a smaller pool the other side of the complex. The suite was spacious comprising of double bedroom, bathroom and large room with 2 sofa beds, dining table, kitchenette with fridge and hob. The double bed was very comfortable, one of the sofa beds was slightly sunken in the middle so not as comfortable. There was also a large balcony with somewhere to hang towels/clothes to dry. Lovely breakfast with plenty of choice. I would strongly recommend you hire a car to get around. There is a gated carpark which is secure and safe. "

"The property and the room could need an upgrade, the walls in bathing area were put together by tape, there were black hair several places and i and my son do not have black hair😅 the pool area was nice but could also need a helping as tiles were lose around the pool. But generally a good stay and a well equipped room even though a bit outdated."

"Would stay here again! Visited for a week because my aon had a race at South Garda track. This hotel is right on the lake, walking distance to everything. Grab a ferry to the other towns on the lake for some adventures. On site restaurant was amazing, great local wine selections. Breakfast was great. Every staff member was so friendly and helpful and didnt laugh when my italian wasn't spot on. Shower was hot and the pressure was good. My only complaint is that the bed is not the comfiest and it took me a whole day to figure out how to turn the AC on. And whatever you do, dont open the windows at night."

"Just enjoyed a wonderful 3 day break. Everything was easy. Details given for self check-in easy to follow. Room was large, clean, well decorated. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was large. Hairdryer best quality ever seen in a hotel. Parking onsite free. 5 min walk to lake front with all the bars and restaurants. We hired 2 bikes from the hotel, saved us a fortune compared to hire shops. Would definitely recommend staying here. "

"The hotel isvery easy to gettofrom the A4 and the ring road to. Dont be put off that its close to the motorway and a big truck stop, you dont here it hardly at all. The only thing i would say to traveller from other countries is bring your power adapters. My room had not asingle USB socket apart from the tv. So be prepared for that. The restaurant served excellent food and the service was superb. The bathroom was great with a double length shower and everything you need except a tooth brush. I travelled there on my motorcycle and had no issues parking it or with security, but do lock it regardless "

"You need to ask for a room with a/c, otherwise they assign without a/c. June, July is 80-85 degrees. Shower was clogged. Breakfast was good. Location was good."

"Hotel is great value and perfect for a one night stay. The area immediately around the hotel is a little isolated and felt it Hotel itself was clean and had all needed to break our journey Bed was surprisingly comfortable Breakfast buffet was excellent Welcomes dogs too!"

"The property looks like advertised and it was generally clean and really nice to stay for a week. The views and the pool are fantastic and the house setup is nice. Some details though need to be addressed: The property is run down in places and needs some renovation, especially the outdoor window blinds are heavy and you could break a finger moving them to close. Also the room in the basement was ok, but the shower was full of spiders (cleaning team probably did not care removing them). Out of three TVs available to us, two did not work and one had to be replaced, the other one had an oxidated remote control... an electrical wall outled had to be replaced as well. Some dishes broken in the kitchen. All in all a very good spot, some care for details definitely to advise and I suggest a review of the whole building to just check where to ameliorate. The managing agency was awesome in solving every problem we had or addressed. They were easily reachable and their prompt responses were great and professional. Less so was the local agent who gave us the keys. Minimal information, was constantly looking at the watch and seemed generally bored to be with us. Also, on the checkout day he did not even show up and the agency sent another person who was very kind. In brief: Would I return ? Definitely yes ! Would I use the services of this WI agency ? Absolutely ! Take care of some property run down stuff and replace your local agent's attitude and then it would be a five star!"
