As the only hotel in Hackettstown, I've stayed here several times during my kid's time at Centenary University. It was, without a doubt, the worst hotel I've ever stayed at, with one trip having uncleaned vomit in the hotel elevator the entire stay. However, the hotel has significantly improved, and the last two trips have been pleasant, with clean rooms and updated bedding. Hotel staff is friendly and courteous, the beds are comfortable, and the location is convenient.

It’s in a quiet residential area. Looked safe. There are stores and some small places to get something to eat. The hotel is old but clean and well-kept. It looked like it’s getting renovated. The room was clean and the desk clerk was polite and friendly. Breakfast is standard. Coffee was good.

They charged me a fee for changing a day. Hotel was not full and it was not my fault on the wrong date. Hotel.com team was not able to help at all. Facility allowed smoking. I suffer from severe asthma and this was painful. Never would have booked knowing they had smoke rooms.
