Park Place, the place to be in downtown Paso Robles! In this chic location above acclaimed restaurant BL Brasserie, you will find yourself in the pulse of everything downtown, nightlife included! It's a leisurely stroll to everything in downtown--restaurants, bars, wine tasting, boutique shopping, move theater, and much more--with a fashionable, private suite apartment awaiting your return. The beautifully refurbished apartment overlooks trellises, trees, and old brickwork from the balcony. Just steps from the movie theater, shops, restaurants, and tasting rooms, this gem provides city living in a gracious setting. The king-sized bed and large, flat screen TV make the bedroom suite a terrific hideaway to come home to. Spend summer evenings on the balcony, overlooking BL Brasserie, with a glass of that perfect wine you found during your outings. An apartment-style kitchen with smaller dishwasher, refrigerator, and convection oven complete the scene. City Permit #STR19-0249.
***Parking info: there is a small parking lot at the building with no designated parking, as well as a large public lot across the street and street parking. The downtown paid parking program is currently suspended and downtown parking is unlimited and free.
***Five Star Coffee Program- We start your stay with a supply of coffee, filters, coffee pods, cream, and sugar for our provided drip and pod-style coffee makers onsite at every home.***Wi-Fi and/or power outages can occur periodically in our small town and rural settings, over which we have no control***There may be wildlife on site, including bugs, both inside and outside.***
***We continue to implement our already rigorous cleaning protocols along with an added layer of disinfecting, as we finalize for each guest arrival. On departure, we ask that you take out the trash and begin a load of towels in the laundry, if it exists onsite, and we require that you not leave any dirty dishes/pots & pans. A fee of up to $200 may be charged for dirty dishes/pots & pans.***

This place was perfect for me and my husband’s quick getaway. It was cozy, clean, and had everything we needed to relax. The location was ideal—close to wineries and downtown, but still peaceful and private. We couldn’t have asked for a better spot to unwind together. Highly recommend!

Great downtown location

Clean, convenient. We’re headed back and hope that this place is available. Perfect place to use as base camp when in Paso. Travel to wineries during the day and end the day with walking distance to dozens of restaurants/tasting rooms/fun shops to patronize.

Outstanding Location for Paso Robles

This apartment is the best possible location for a visit to Paso Robles. There are excellent restaurants, coffee shops and wine tasting rooms all within a very short walk. The apartment was clean and well appointed.

Amazing Location

We loved our stay! Such a convenient location. I was worried about what parking would be like but we never had to fight to find a spot behind the building. It was a little noisy until 11ish, but it didn’t bother us!

Paso getaway

Very nice apartment in downtown Paso Robles close to the square. Easy to find. Walking distance to restaurants and shops and tasting rooms. Some street noise but not bad. We had a wonderful stay!

Location Location

For us the location was perfect since we like to go out to dinner and enjoy a few drinks. We also participated in the taste of downtown event and it was right there in the park square! We had all the amenities we needed. Great institutions and information on the area. The bed was harder than I like and it could use a second nightstand but otherwise everything was perfect! Thank you!

Perfect place for two in a great location. The great location comes with a bit of noise but that subsides by 10-10:30. Just FYI there is a Keurig coffee maker that wasn’t in the photos :) being a one coffee drinker couple that was perfect!

All the restaurants and bars are walking distance which is very convenient. Finding the entrance can be tricky, you have to walk across the BL Brasserie outdoor area but not a big deal. Very small inconvenience would be sound proofing, the living and bedroom's windows face a popular bar and can get a bit loud late in the evening.

Rooftop Getaway in Paso

This place was the cutest! We ended up getting in very late but it was easy to find and we used the door code to access the property. It was a perfect location for us--right next to the Pine Street Saloon and walking distance to the Cal Coast Brewery (best place ever- check it out). We spent the weekend exploring the shops (the bookstore near there was to die for!) and eating and drinking our way through Paso. The apartment was super cute, comfy BIG bed, with all the amenities we needed and walking distance everywhere. The rental company was super responsive when we reached out as well. We will definitely come back.

Such a great place to spend time in Paso Robles! Loved the communication, easy entry, and cleanliness, but the best part by far was the location! If you've never been to Paso before, you may not know that the square in the center of town is the place to be. From charming shops to endless wine tasting spots and restaurants, it's all just steps away from this little apartment. It's an upstairs unit, but it's only 1 flight up and no big deal. Other reviews have mentioned noise at night, but during our weekend (Friday and Saturday) nights, it wasn't a problem at all. Highly recommend this place!

Nice place, good location

This unit is above a wine store and restaurant right in heart of downtown Paso. It was easy walking distance to restaurants, bars and shopping. The place if perfect for 2 people with a small, well-stocked kitchenette and nice-sized bedroom. The shower was a bit rough - almost like being pelleted. Perhaps it’s time to replace the shower head or adjust the water pressure. Also, because it is over a restaurant patio we did get some noise until around 11:00 pm on the weekend. It didn’t bother us but might bother some. All-in-all a very nice place and I’d stay there again.

Outstanding Location!

We stayed six nights for some remote work, wine tasting/buying and exploration of Paso. Place was very clean and functional. It had everything - 2 coffee makers, toaster, good sized frig, dishwasher, plates, bowls, coffee cups, etc. You can't' beat the location! Right off the square! Walk to everything! The drawback is you're right in town, therefore you are right above all typical city morning noises - trash trucks, street sweepers, delivery trucks - bright and early - 6:30 - 7:00 AM. We were fine with it since we're early risers. But, if you like to sleep in, this might not be the place for you.
