"Amazing customer service from the staff, from check-in to check-out. Hotel is located very conveniently off a quiet square, less than a 10 minute walk from just about anywhere you'd want to go in Palma. Parking garage is very conveniently located just across the square. "

"Close to beach and in a quiet laidback area with plenty of restaurants and bars to choose from. Easily accessible to Palma main town by bus (15 minutes). Large shopping Centre also within a 20 minutes walk, as well as local supermarkets. Staff also very warm and welcoming and helpful. "

"A wonderful hotel.. very luxurious. Staff is A++.The amenities too numerous to name all. Felt very pampered from the front desk, to the SPA, champagne, room service and so much more. Also, fantastic location— you will not regret staying here! 5 stars overall."
