We were able to check-in early. It is walkable from Santa Maria Novella train station and so are the points of interest. When we arrived, the electric metal blinds was not working. Letitia gave us a sheet to temporarily give us privacy. When we came back from our tour the next day, it was already fixed. Great place to stay. Worth the money we paid for. Santa Maria Novella Basilica is close by. Worth visiting. Well recommended.

Wonderful hotel. Incredible views from the huge rooftop bar/pool deck. Wonderful breakfast buffet with many hot and cold options. Main level bar is beautiful and the seating areas are both well-appointed and comfortable. Both bars offer gratis snacks. View of the river Arno, Piazza el Michelangelo and more from our room window were stunning. You can literally walk almost anywhere in the city from this location.

the hotel is located a little far from historic area of the town. but if you are a go walking person, it is 15 minutes walk. the hotel itself is very good. fresh and nice design, very nice buffet breakfast and kind stuff.

Loved our stay! You can walk everywhere or take the tramway. The hotel is nice and the rooftop terrace is also a great spot. The only things are the air not functioning in the room and lack of outlet plugs un the room. Besides that we loved our stay and I would definitely recommend.
