Great location, but unfortunately, the lack of heating really let our stay down. When we asked why the heating wasn’t on, we were told something about the local government having to authorise it, which seemed rather strange considering the reception area was absolutely boiling hot! We asked for extra blankets as our room was so cold, but they took over an hour to arrive. By that point, we had already fallen asleep. Such a shame, as the location was fantastic, but the lack of heating and slow service really spoiled our experience.

A very clean and spacious room (small double) in a central hotel. But what made our stay special was the very professional and lovely members of staff, everyone was brilliant!

Very good for the price
"Having stayed at 5* hotels previously on skiing trips we weren't expecting much but were pleasantly surprised. Buffet breakfast was varied and included - hot section. Spa was good - again better than expected for the class of hotel, but then they did charge €12 for entry so I would expect a but better ..."
