“Clean Environment”

“The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The location was convenient, with easy access to nearby shops and transportation. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and I felt safe during my stay. The only minor issue was that the Wi-Fi could occasionally be slow, but overall I had a pleasant experience and would recommend this property to other travelers.”

“The staff were nice. Directions to the place are misleading and we got lost trying to find it. It is not 11 mins from the airport. Try 30 mins. The road in and out is very rough. It has a washer that doesn’t work (At least not in our unit). They do not have food at the facility. Needs more pot and pans for baking and cooking. Need pot holders. Our second bathroom’s water never heated up (if it was something we didn’t do, they should take the time to educate their guests). Curtain rod in second……

“Very clean apartment”

“I was not given the property that I booked. I was transferred to another property and it did not have a working refrigerator, so food spoiled and was wasted. Was told that the property would be cleaned every other day and it was cleaned once in 7 days. The sheets did not fit the bed, the comforter had stains, there was noise from construction in the adjacent apartment, the internet did not work for over 24 hours so I couldn't work, the power went out several times, and there was only 10 minutes……
