“The property itself is beautiful, but management and operations need significant improvement. Aside from the maintenance crew, most staff appeared inadequately trained in both hospitality and operational procedures.”

“Gorgeous setting at this location with sea view. Pool was saltwater and delightful! Nearby village has many great restaurants and a supermarket for easy meals in the kitchenette. Great layout, tv, and ac for sleeping. Wonderful stay.”

“Beautiful quiet spot! A walk or cycle from the Center of Frangkocastello (and where the beach is wonderful and child friendly too). The taverna on the sea front just infront of the property has excellent traditional Greek food and there are many more to try in the center too. Very peaceful location, with a few similar looking apartment hotels scattered along this coastline. The hosts are wonderful. A pool was just finishing being built right behind the current apartments property and looked like……

“On a adoré notre séjour. Le repas dans les restaurants étaient variés et très bons. L’équipe attentionnée et efficace parle français et d’autres langues parfaitement. Les chambres 4700 sont au fond et plus calmes car loin du club enfants et de l’animation du soir. L’animation du soir est faite par des salariés jeunes, sans intérêt. C’est presqu’un sketch. Plage de sable comme piscine nous avons trouvés des transats à toute heure. Salle de sport propre et complète Piscine intérieure non……

“We were welcomed by the helpful couple at reception and showed to our rooms early. The rooms where nice and clean with a comfortable bed. We had a coffee maker in the room which was really nice. The rooms are small but comfortable. The reception gave us some good suggestions where to go for dinner. Everything was close by and within walking distance We had a nice breakfast at the hotel too with many delicious choices.. I can highly recommend this property”

“Beautiful, clean spacious hotel, if you're looking for quality food high end restaurant and fine dining this is the best choice hotel, set in a great location, right on the beach, choice of villas and apartments with private pool, or room with a swim up pool, or just room without pool. Staff are brilliant, speak excellent English, such wonderful helpful staff, first time to Crete and would definitely return to this Crete and this hotel. “This is an extremely well-run hotel with excellent service from all staff. Relaxing atmosphere and excellent beach location. Consistent and high quality. Easily accessible from Chania (about 1 hour).”

“Sehr gutes Essen, sowohl Frühstücks- als auch Abendbuffet waren sehr vielfältig und reichhaltig. Sehr nettes Personal, das nur manchmal in Stoßzeiten nicht hinterher kam. Aber man ist ja im Urlaub und sollte sich nicht stressen lassen.”

“Schönes Hotel, gutes Essen, überwiegend freundliches Personal. Leider sind viele Zimmer der Straße zugewandt und diese ist laut und stark befahren. Angeblich haben die Zimmer Schallschutzfenster. Der Unterschied zwischen offenen und geschlossenen Fenster war aber nur minimal! Wenn man nicht wie ein Stein schläft, nicht zu empfehlen.”
