Small hotel but friendly

It's a basic hotel no frills but the staff are very helpful if you have a problem lots of bars outside of you like been in the centre of the action

Ja billig, men ikke hit igjen

Ikke noe renhold på vårt 3 netters opphold. Hadde ikke store forventninger pga lav pris, men et minimum av renhold ville gjort oppholdet til å svare mere til forventningene. Veldig hard seng, og aircondition fungerte veldig dårlig. Mistenker at dette neppe har hatt noe filterrenhold siste år. En del forskjellige krypende insekter både i senga og på rommet generelt. Igjen.... RENHOLD

Bei 4 Wochen Aufenthalt wurde das Zimmer nur dreimal gereinigt. Ich habe den Müll selber rausgebracht. Ich habe das Zimmer selber gereinigt. Die Klimaanlage war defekt. Sie verlor ständig Wasser. Meine Freundin entfernte ständig das Wasser. Das Zimmer hat ein Schimmelproblem.

Soi Chaiyapoon

I have stayed here at KJ's house many times. Sometimes they open reservations to Hotels.com, sometimes you just have to book in person on the spot as you arrive. I have never had any problems here. The hotel is on a street known as Soi Chaiyapoon, filled with girlie bars and massage places. If you want more quiet, as for a room in the rear where your windows will face a wall. Rooms in the front have a balcony overlooking the street and you can hear girls and customers outside until about 1:00am. The rooms are big and clean, ok wifi, 2 free bottles of water provided. Housekeeping is only every 3 days, but you can ask fpr clean towels and more toiletries as needed. 4 floors, no elevator. No problems or fees for bring "guests" back to the room. Good place.

Chaiyapoon Daycare

Arrived and greeted by night managers children in the lobby. This is a noisey, smelly area. It's humid hot and the street is littered with prostitutes who constantly yell out to passers by to solicit trade. The guesthouse is desperately in need of upgrade improvements. The 1st room they tried to put me in had a balcony door that couldn't lock. The 2nd room had a bathroom door had rotting. The beds are hard and not cosy at all. They obviously are designed for a good pounding.

Nettoyage de la chambre

A l'arrivée la chambre n'était pas prete et le personnel n'était meme pas au courant de mon arrivée. C'était à moi de demander pour que la chambre soit nettoyée sinon elle n'aurait jamais été nettoyée. Il n'y a pas de drap en dessous de la couverture.

när vi kom dit hade tjejen i receptionen inte så stor koll på alla bokningar som fanns. På hotels hemsida stod det att det var rökfritt rum, men när vi kommer in i rummet luktar det rök. hotellet ligger just ovanför massa barer så det blev tyst först nångång på morgonkvisten. vi hade bokat tre nätter, men efter att vi pratade med receptionisten dagen efter om att det luktade rök sa hon att alla de rummen var uppbokade, så vi bad om att få pengarna tillbaka trots att fri avbokning inte fanns. Efter lite övertalning om att vi inte fått det vi blivit lovade fick vi till slut avboka de resterande dagar.

Rätt så trevligt hotell.Hyfsat lugnt på kvällarna,då det låg lite på sidan om Soi Buakhao. Nära till det mesta när det gäller resturanger samt barer.
