"I feel very unsafe at this hotel. The room was very dirty there was stains on the bed comforter the chair in the room felt like it had something wet on it there were live bugs and bed bugs the kitchenette area was greasy and nasty the light fixtures had not been cleaned the light switches had grease on them or something the baseboards were dirty the walls were dirty"
