"It's a very nice little apartment in a great location. Clean and comfotable. There's a grocery store right downstairs. Just a block from the tram stop. The bathroom is a bit small but OK. "Die Wohnung war nicht sonderlich sauber. Das Bad lies zu wünschen übrig. Überall staub und Dreck. Es hat ziemlich unangenehm gerochen und die Möbel waren sehr mitgenommen.
