Overall, the space was good. The room did not have good access to outlets for charging, and since so many of our devices require charging or electricity, that was a problem. Outlets were not accessible (and required reaching behind the bed and crawling under a desk to access them). I requested no housekeeping during my stay and left the do-not-disturb sign on my door; housekeeping accessed my room and tidied up. I am generally not comfortable with unfamiliar people accessing my room.

Amazing staff and location

The listing for this includes a Continental breakfast along with 24 hour pool access however, when we arrived, we found both of those things to be untrue. When we brought up the issue with the staff member, she advised us “never to believe, third-party booking agencies“. The room was extremely dusty, along with footprints and a dark splatter on the bathroom wall, which we took pictures of and showed to the hotel staff who said there was nothing that they could do and that we could check out at any moment the next day, we asked the housekeeper to come in and clean. She just replaced the towels and made the bed did not address the bathroom at all. When asked if we could switch rooms or receive a partial refund so that we could go to a different hotel they informed us the hotel manager was out of town until Monday and again that we could check out at any moment.
