Staying at ulu cliffhouse was a fantastic experience. While there is a beach club connected to it, we found the music unintrusive and the convenience of the day bed access to hang out and enjoy the pool while we figured out what we’d be doing each day was great. Unique rooms, great food
We stayed at the playgrounds, view was great. Fantastic balcony. The room gave an eccentric resort feel and it was spacious. The service was impeccable and the clifface location was epic. Highly recommend!
Lovely staff and also because there are so few rooms , they took good care of us. Lovely to have a great view of pool and sea and then to be avale to walk down to the beach party on a Saturday. We stayed at the Lakeys room.
Beautiful place with great amenities, views and delicious food. We recommend it for younger couples, since there are parties and DJ's playing most of the time.
The food and drinks are great and our room was absolutely beautiful. The style was very Miami art deco with a huge gold tub, very fun place!. The staff was friendly and helpful.
Loved it here! The views of the ocean were amazing from the pool deck and from our room. All the staff was very accommodating and friendly. We had an outdoor shower in our room and every detail here made our stay wonderful. Our room was cleaned every day and they provided laundry service as well. Enjoyed the fresh fruit, fresh juices, delicious food and hand-crafted cocktails garnished perfectly. The cold plunge was also a nice surprise too.
An exceptional cliff top location, with amazing views from virtually any corner of the property. The frontage of the property doesn’t give light to how the rest of the property delivers. This is a boutique venue, part day club with pool and plenty of day beds, with a small number of individual themed suites. Amazing staff. Fabulous included breakfast. Love it and would definitely stay again, if only not when a feature DJ is about to perform, due to noise and inconvenience caused by the set up.
This is the second time I’ve stayed at this hotel and everything about it is fantastic.

Liked: Staff & service, amenities
Pros : easy free reservation for daybeds by the pool and free breakfast. As well as easy access to party at night.
Cons: bed sheets had stains on them and if you are looking for a quiet place , this place is not for you.
We enjoyed our stay and loved that we could either stay in our room and party privately with the music going on outside or join the rest of the party out by the pool. It was a great atmosphere and brownie points for the hotel giving us brownies during our stay!
Fantastic place to stay but I didn’t realise it was party night on night 2 and music wouldn’t stop until 2am. So left before the party got into full swing as I like to get my sleep! If you love the beach club vibe, this is a fabulous place to stay
What started as a cute 7-room hotel ended with utter disappointment.
Although our room was large, well decorated and opened onto a large deck, the perplexing incompetence of the management and staff was too hard to overcome.
We were patient with the pool speakers being on until 3am (sometimes beyond, even on a Sunday), the LOUD weekend party, the shower never working (Had to be fixed daily as the water pump always failed) the meek breakfast menu, the $100 quote to do 2 bags of laundry (this is Bali not New York), the cloudy and dirty pool, 500m walk to the road etc etc etc etc...
What we couldn't get past was being told that the room we had reserved for another week had been sold to someone else. We learned that we had to check out while on our way to a meeting and that we were effectively homeless.
We had to leave our meeting, return to the hotel, pack, find somewhere new etc etc etc...
All of that wasn't as horrible as the nonchalant attitude of the front desk. They didn't even attempt to apologize, make right, say sorry or anything.
They simply cared that they sold the room that we were in for more money.
This hotel is DISGUSTING!
