Cosy flat in Innerleithen

Ground floor flat located on a quiet street near the River Tweed, and a short walk from the high street of Innerleithen in the picturesque Tweed Valley. The property is in an ideal location to explore the town's high street and surrounding area. Three-minute walk from the Tweed river pathways and the paved, Tweed Valley cycle path. Glen Tress is a 10 minute drive. Local sights like Traquair House are a short drive away. Private front and back garden space. Off street parking for one car. Bikes: At this time there is no secure bike shed. Bikes will either have to be kept in the car or if necessary put in the flat. If you are going to put a bike in the flat please be mindful of dirt and marks. Television: The television is a smart TV which only allows streaming. There is no live TV. There is an in-house Iplayer account for your use and additional apps you can sign in with your own credentials.

Stay in Inerlethian

Unfortunately the check in process was very poor. Despite contacting the host the day prior to arrival we had no return contact back re- keys to get in. Hence unable to get into the property.Phones calls to and fro, fortunately the agent did supply us with the keylock number despite saying we did not have a booking.We were able to supply booking date and payment record.The next day the owners agent said she had to ask us to move out as we didn't have a booking and suggested that Stayz is a scam site.This was our 7th booking so far in the UK and first issue. She offered for us stay as long as we paid for the full 5 nights. We declined to do this until we followed it up with Stayz.To our relief our booking and payment was confirmed and future bookings elsewhere secure.The next day the agent confirmed our booking!!! A bit late after the anguish she caused us.The apartment was fine, good location. Not cleaned or bed made!
