"Tornabuoni Suites rooms were very nice. We stayed two notes in a superior dbl room and one note in a junior suite. The junior suite was most spacious and the bed was a California king. The room felt very opulent. The rooms condition was quite up to date and modern and the location was outstanding. Walkable everywhere in a few mins. Shops right outside the front door even !! "

"The Hotel Tolomei was an unforgettable experience. It really was a Palace! When we arrived Danielli (the owner) welcomed us as if we were Family. The rooms were magnificent but welcoming. The frescos on the ceilings were original, the furnishings an eclectic blend and very comfortable. During our stay the whole staff treated us very warmly and were always happy to help us in every aspect of our stay in Florence. "The young lady who checked us in, I believe Gloria was her name, was very sweet and helpful during our stay. She upgraded us to a suite and it was very comfortable except for a dog that barked during the night,apparently, it belonged to the owners who were not on the property. So other than the dog annoying us during the nights and early mornings it was a comfortable place to stay and close enough to Florence to drive to in about 15 to 20 minutes. Just be careful not to be redirected too much...

"Location was great. This is not the entire apartment as stated on the booking. When we arrived I questioned and it was explained this is a B&B. But there is no breakfast or any provisions like a b&b. The rental is just a room with bathroom which was ok. The kitchen is shared down the hall and the fridge was off and had old spoiled items in it. There was an espresso machine with all the compliments. But the kitchen was not the cleanest The place was safe and convenient and so we opted to not...

"Great service!!! From when we dropped off our car with the private hotel valet to when we began our check in process. Amenities were lacking, we didn’t have an iron in our room, lighting was super poor. The location was phenomenal and good for rest. My husband and I got married on Saturday at Santi Apostoli which was a 5 minute walk. However the price point felt like a lot for the state of the room we were in. "
