Clean. Great location. Close to ferry. Beautiful sunset

The property was nice. Ocean front, indoor pool and outdoor games. The walk to the ocean was very long from our room. Too long. We had to drive to another place to enjoy the beach. It would be fine for most people, but my mother and I both have health issues and it was just too far for us to walk even with the wood boardwalk. The bathroom had a little mold on the shower curtain, not a fan of that, but otherwise clean. The price was good. Location was good. I would stay at the same property just something closer to the beach. We were in bldg K at the front of the property. So there was not a view and a long, walk if you medically can’t walk far. The outdoor pool was not open, my fault for not checking, but we took grandkids in spring break, and the pool was a huge sell for us. By the time I found out it was really too late to get another place at such a good price. The pool area was beautiful. Just not open. I think they should open earlier in the year. Overall good.

Friendly people, easy check in, snack room helped us this trip. Construction on side by the pool and closed off pet area was disappointing. But I love that it overlooks the golf course on one side and can see the ocean on the other side.

Town house was clean. The kitchen appliances were a little outdated. Could use a new fridge and microwave. Back deck needs to be updated. Staff was very friendly and helpful We had a nice visit!

Pleasant unit and complex. Nice walk around lake. Rec center pool enjoyable Minor and moderate problems. 1of 2 major windows opaque Took a day to get sink disposal repaired. 2 of 4 days no WiFi. No coffee filters nor salt and pepper. Jetted tub could not be filled above jets with hot water -ran out
