Bathroom too small. If youre taller than 5'5" you will struggle to fit. Son in law slipped down stairs and bruised his back. Stairs uneven and slick.Biggest issue was parking and lack of sufficient electrical outlets to charge batteries in boat. Check in was good just was confused on where to park and exactly where the place was but Pat at the bar was very helpful and pointed us in the right direction. Kitchen was good had all the basic needs except a can opener but not that big of a deal. The only thing that didn’t make this a 5/5 was the privacy factor. I would suggest if you have a big enough group booking both the loon cabin with the pelican cabin. Also they have pontoon rentals available. Would have been nice to know that to plan ahead. But the cabin was awesome! Water was perfect for swimming. We were able to fish and kayak which was exactly what we wanted. Had to share the fire pit which was one downfall. We still had a great time. I took my parents and our 3 little dogs on vacation and everyone loved it. From the cornhole games provided to the pontoon rental, everything was amazing. The hosts were more than accommodating and I actually had the pleasure of meeting one of them. She was very friendly and informative. I will definitely go again since Pelican Lake is one of my favorite lakes in Wisconsin. Make sure to try the Friday Fish fry at the bar next to the cabins if you have a chance.
