Location was great, especially for someone who likes to walk a lot. Would return for lunch, then head out again. Very residential with grocery stores, banks, near the major museums, and Retiro Park. Walked everyday in the park, rain or shine. My room was spacious. Nice walk in shower.

As per the stuff the hotel will be renovation soon so they aren’t t spending money for anything now !
The location is beyond excellent in grand via , but cleanliness is to be taking care of ! Stuff are v cooperative and when we complained about cleanliness in the room on the spot the house keeping supervisor was at the door trying to help and did the best she can

Very nice hotel and staff. It was a bit hard to find so that’s why I rated it 4 instead of 5 stars. It’s on the 5th floor btw. Also the bathroom smelled like sewage a few times coming from the drain, but it cleared on its own. Great location also!

Room was very clean and the service in the room was excellent - any request made was dealt with immediately. The lifts were also very good - I did not have to wait on any occasion for a lift to arrive.
The hotel itself was very pretty and in a very convenient location
