“We wanted to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary, and would normally have gone somewhere hot for this milestone but with Covid we are still not prepared to fly anywhere, so were looking for something different to just a ‘hotel room’, I saw this advertised on Expedia, and it looked to be just what we were looking for, a bit of luxury in a tranquil setting, just the down time we needed after a busy year. “Off to a bad start due to the, otherwise very pleasant, owner pouncing on us as we arrived following a day of travel. We really just wanted to be left alone to arrive and unpack. Not the right time to attempt to convey information and instructions as we unpacked from the car.
Nicely situated geographically with a lovely view of the sea from the front facing windows (the only windows unfortunately) and front door. Unfortunately, a public footpath goes straight past your only windows and front……

“Good stay lots of equipment. Clean bedding and towels. Lloyd was very easy to deal with with professional, friendly and prompt responses. Good communal space. Sky is a nice touch same with the Alexa. The kitchen was clean overall but felt like it needed a deep steam clean. Equipment in gym was decent housed in a sep garage/unit. Front door needs adjustment to make it easier to close and lock. Clean hot tub. Overall a very decent stay. ”
