Appartement bien situé. Les rénovations ont été bien pensées. Malheureusement, le ménage entre 2 locataires laissent à désirer ! Il n’y en a pas eu : traces de savon et de boue dans la douche, cuisine et plancha grasses, couverts à nettoyer,… La réponse faite à mes enfants est très décevante ( faites le ménage, on vous rembourse 30 ! )Vraiment déçue par rapport à ce qu’on loue habituellement en Espagne.

Einfach nur ein traumhafter und mit Sicherheit nicht der letzte Aufenthalt dort.Ein reibungsloser Ablauf, ohne jegliche Probleme. Die Kontaktperson vor Ort ist mehrsprachig, so dass für jeden was dabei ist. Sehr nette Nachbarn. Ruhige Lage. Die Wohnung befindet sich an einem Hang. Bis zum Gemeinschaftspool sind es 800 Meter. Auch dort lief alles reibungslos. Fußweg bis zum Strand ca. 35 Minuten.

Une remise en état et un nettoyage en profondeur s'impose. Tout est vétuste ! Le problème dépasse le ménage entre chaque location.

#### Wonderful view

The view from the balcony of this property is stunning, and we enjoyed our evenings overlooking the town. There were one or two things that weren't quite what we would have hoped and that potential bookers should be aware of. The biggest one for us was the pool. The description was of a communal pool, which we took to mean a shared pool that belonged to the apartment and others. The pool is actually a public pool which is halfway down the very steep hill to the town. The first two times we went it was closed, and when we did finally get in, we found it to be dirty (the pool and the sunbeds) and the toilets and showers didn't work. The bar didn't appear to be open. We didn't return. Luckily the beach in the town is lovely, and the sea is beautiful. It's also worth knowing that the property does not provide either towels or bedding. We have done this type of holiday for over 20 years and this is the first time we have needed to bring our own bedding. The town itself was great for a family with teenagers as we have - plenty of places to eat and drink and some lovely shops in the castle area. Be aware though, that it is a very steep 30 minute walk down (and back up!) which, for us, in July, was just too hot to do very often so we did end up using the car more than we expected. The kitchen had everything we needed. The shower room was a good size and the beds were comfortable. Aircon was in the corridor not the bedrooms, but with doors open it was effective at night.

#### Vue imprenable

Nous avons passé un bon séjour dans l’appartement de Nadine. La vue est effectivement magnifique et nous a permis de profiter du feu d’artifice du Nouvel An en étant aux 1 ères loges ! Bien équipé. La terrasse aux beaux jours est un plus indéniable. Le quartier est résidentiel et très calme à la période où nous y avons séjourné. Juste un bémol . Nous aurions aimé être informés de l’absence de connexion internet en hiver d’autant que la 4G ne fonctionne pas toujours . Je le comprends mais cela nous a posé quelques problèmes.

A pesar de que el apartamento tiene unas vistas magníficas, que casi me han hecho olvidar el resto, me ha molestado mucho que preguntara específicamente por la ropa de cama y al llegar, no había sábanas. La dueña dice que ella es que no considera ropa de cama a las sábanas. Pero sólo había un edredón por cama. Ni fundas de almohada, ni sábana bajera, ni la de arriba. Nada. Y en agosto, edredón, como que no... Y la solución tanto de ella como de la inmobiliaria... Que fuera a un chino, que ahí tienen de todo... Dejo constancia aquí para que lo sepan otros posibles huéspedes y no les pase lo mismo.

#### Good equipped and really nice situated appartment.

The view on Peñiscola and sea is great from both inside the appartment and the terras. The appartment is comfortable, neat and good equipped. Contrary to the advertisement there no bedlinnen was supplied. The owner a very nice Madame said she never supplied bedlinnen. Is the advertisement not correct? The seats to sit and relax on the terras had no pillows. A thing to work on because this will add to morr comfort and pleasure. But all in all we loved the appartment and we do recommend it to rent.

#### Très beau séjour !!

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans l'appartement de Nadine, il est très lumineux et très agréable !! Et que dire du panorama sur Peniscola et son château.... Nadine est une personne très sympathique avec qui il a été très facile d'échanger durant la réservation et le séjour. Je conseille cette location les yeux fermés !!!

#### Un séjour agréable.

Apparemment agréable qui est très bien situé tout en haut de la colline. Vu magnifique sur la ville de Peniscola . Très grande terrasse, intérieur bien équipé , la literie est confortable. On s'y sent bien... Beaucoup de choses à voir et visiter tout autour... Très bonne communication avec la propriétaire. Nous avons été très bien accueilli par Marga qui parle parfaitement le Français 😊. Nous reviendrons sûrement...

Appartement bien équipé, bonne literie. La plage est trop loin pour s"y rendre à pied, mais la situation géographique de l'appartement est excellente pour sa vue sur le château et la vieille ville, et on est en ville à 5mn en voiture.Bon accueil à notre arrivée.
