Welcome to TY PRAT in Penmarc'h. House built in 2005, respecting the Bigouden style, warm interior, wooden beams. 3 bedrooms, one on the ground floor then two paneled bedrooms upstairs.

In the town of PENMARCH, the hiring is located in a calm district made up of 10 particular houses, accessible by a street mainly used by its inhabitants. During your stay, you will have the Pors-Carn beach 600m from your rental, access near shops (1km), supermarkets, restaurants and typical bars (recommended if you want to live a moment in the world of fishermen and other professionals from the fishing world ... to see !!! auction auctions, landing of the day's fishing, atmosphere in a Bigouden port!

Tolles Ferienhaus

Wir haben uns in diesem Ferienhaus sehr wohlgefühlt. Alle Räume sind gut angeordnet , die beiden Toiletten sind zusätzlich zum Badezimmer. Der Garten ist komplett eingezäunt, für unseren Hund war das super.

Très bon séjour au calme

Nous avons passé une très agréable semaine. La maison est chaleureuse et bien équipée. Le jardin clos a été très apprécié surtout par nos 2 chats. A proximité de l'océan, des chemins pédestres et pistes cyclables : de nombreuses activités possibles. De plus, nous avons été chanceux côté météo : 1 journée et demi de pluie seulement, de quoi profiter pleinement de la région. Merci encore à Fabienne pour son accueil chaleureux. Nous reviendrons !

Gute Lage, nette Vermieter

Der Empfang war herzlich und die Vermieter sehr nett! Das Haus hat eine tolle, ruhige Lage und unser Aufenthalt war gelungen. Leider ist die Einrichtung schon etwas abgewohnt, vor allem war das Sofa völlig durchgesessen und die Sitzecke unbequem, so dass man sich im Haus nirgends gemütlich niederlassen konnte; zum abends lesen haben wir uns aufs Bett gesetzt - das war in unserem Fall nicht so schlimm, weil das Wetter durchgegend gut war und wir eh den ganzen Tag draußen waren. Für schlechtes Wetter würde man sich mehr Gemütlichkeit und ein paar Erneuerungen wünschen. Ansonsten war alles topp!

Ein sehr schönes Ferienhaus

Wir wurden sehr freundlich von Fabienne begrüßt. Zur Begrüßung bekam wir Kekse, 1 Flasche Cidre sowie Apfelsaft. Fabienne antwortet immer schnell auf Nachrichten und Anfragen und wir hatten einige bevor es los ging. Wir haben wunderbare 12 Tage verbracht. Das Haus ist für 6 Personen groß genug. Dusche und WC sind getrennt. Im oberen Stockwerk ist ebenfalls ein WC. Es ist alles vorhanden, was im Haushalt gebraucht wird. Also für alles perfekt. Der Strand ist nicht weit entfernt. Ein Supermarkt ist ebenfalls nur ein paar Autominuten entfernt, der Lidl ist etwas weiter entfernt, aber mit Auto schnell zu erreichen. Rundherum ein wunderschöner Urlaub. Nochmals vielen Dank Fabienne. Wenn der Weg nicht soweit wäre würden wir auf jeden Fall öfters kommen.

La location est tout simplement parfaite. Il ne manque rien pour passer un.excellent séjour en famille. Elle est idéalement située pour profiter de la plage de Pors Carn et des sentiers de randonnée. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques, chaleureux.et soucieux du bien-être de leurs locataires. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir dans cette location.

Un vrai bonheur

Quel bonheur d'avoir passer une magnifique semaine ensoleillée dans cette très jolie maison. Idéalement située à 600 m de la mer et des magnifiques sites aux alentours, nous avons beaucoup apprécié nos balades en vélos sur la côte, le calme de la maison, le jardin clos sans vis à vis et l'accueil très chaleureux qui nous a été réservé par nos hôtes. Une très belle adresse que nous recommandons vivement et où nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Das Haus von Fabienne ist perfekt. Es ist sauber, für 4 Personen gut bewohnbar und hat eine gute Lage. Es ist super ruhig, der Garten (Südseite) ist ausbruchssicher für Kind und Hund. Das Haus ist super ausgestattet. WiFi hat den ein oder anderen Ausfall, ist aber insgesamt stabil und solide. Fabienne ist eine herzliche Gastgeberin, empfängt ihre Gäste mit Cidre, Galletes und Madeleines sowie einem frischen Blumenstrauß. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

maison tres fonctionnelle pour vacances au calme

Nous avons passé à 5 une semaine tres agréable dans la maison bien équipée de Fabienne, les enfants dans les 2 chambres de l'étage et nous au RdC (chaque étage a ses toilettes). Maison très facile à vivre, la table à manger comme celle de la veranda accueillent aisément 6 personnes, il y a un jardin "privatif" protégé d'une palissade de verdure avec BBQ, les propriétaires (qui habitent à 30m) sont très disponibles, par ex en fournissant une caisse et un point d'eau pour le rinçage des maillots et combinaisons, 3 vélos sont mis à disposition (ce qui permet, entre autre, d'aller chercher en 10 mn sa baguette festive à la boulangerie du port ou ses crepes à la crêperie Les bigoudennes à coté - prevoir la queue tant à la boulangerie qu'a la creperie, on comprend quand on a gouté leurs produits), la plage de Pors Carn est à 600 m à pied et La Torche à 7 mn en voiture. Bref maison idéale pour un séjour plage et surf. Marché le vendredi à St Guenolé, le mercredi à Kerity et le dimanche matin une dame vend des huitres et crustacés sur le port.

Belle maison. Tout y est pour passer un bon séjour, l'accueil est parfait, de la documentation est à disposition pour visiter la région, la maison est parfaitement équiper. La plage n'est pas loin tout comme le petit bourg et ses commerces, on peut tout faire à pied. Les propriétaires sont très agréables.

Super tolles Ferienhaus, für 5-6 Personen ausreichend Platz, liebevoll eingerichtet mit einigen französischen Eigenarten. Unser Fazit gerne wieder ,mit der herzlichen Begrüßung und dem unkommplizierten auschecken . Auch die Umgebung alles was man braucht für einen wunderschönen Urlaub !
