Great location
We had a wonderful week at the beach. You are directly on the beach. Even our 2 year old was able to walk to & from the beach. We enjoyed several of the restaurants but the best view of all was from our front porch, and with a large table and eating for 6 outside, we had many family meals overlooking the ocean. There were beach toys and floats in the garage and even a ping pong table. I would definitely stay there again.

We were very pleased with the townhouse rental. The view was magnificent and the accommodations were more than adequate. One glitch in our trip was that I tried to contact the property manager about a missing outside door handle but she never returned my call. No other problems were encountered. We anticipate renting this property again.

The location is ideal, along with the furnishings and arrangement of the condo. But it is not maintained as well as it should be - one major issue was a missing handle on the door to the upper deck (which was promptly addressed by a lengthy repair visit). Minor issues included a broken kitchen cabinet door hinge, cracked window at upper deck, broken deck umbrella, non-functioning closet light. There is a nice roomy 2nd floor deck with a great ocean view, but practically no separation between it and that of the neighboring condo to the east, and so no privacy if it had been occupied.

What a GREAT week!!
We had a great and relaxing week. The townhouse was as gorgeous as it said. We had to call the property manager to fix the back door handle. They were quick to get back with us and fix it and never had another issue. We will definitely go back and stay in the same townhouse.

This condo and location were wonderful. The beach was never crowded. The instructions to get into the condo were poor and we had a hard time getting in. Also the management company texted us before we arrived that one bathroom had a toilet that didn’t work. They assured us it would be repaired Monday. They never came Monday. When we tried to contact them we just got a text back saying they had high call volume. They texted Tuesday they would be there that day. They never came and they never communicated with us. We loved this location and would rent this condo again but we wish the property managers would take care of things.

Awesome Trip
The condo was very spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. The master suite and den look out to the gulf. The gulf is only a small walk from front door which makes it easy for children to get to. We had 12 people in our group and we had an amazing time.

Perfect gulf-front condo!
This condo met and exceeded all expectations. Fabulous location, right on the beach. Condo was roomy, nicely furnished and very comfortable. Elevator was a real plus for unloading supplies and luggage. Bedrooms and bathrooms had lots of storage room, not to mention the perfect view from the master bedroom. Kitchen was huge and adequately stocked with dishes and equipment. Plenty of room for multiple cooks in the kitchen! We will definitely be returning!

One of the best we've ever stayed in!
Everything we needed. Spacious, beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The best part was the beautiful view of the sand and water through the floor to ceiling windows. We sat on the deck and watched our family play at the water's edge. We walked down the stairs from the deck, crossed the wooden walkway and set up our chairs and umbrellas in front of the beautiful water. I was also told that I could rent chairs for the day or week. The elevator was extremely helpful. My family loved this place so we will definitely be back.

Our vacation was everything we could ask for and more. The house had everything we could ask for, from spacious comfortable accommodations to all the comforts of home. The elevator was an enormous benefit for bringing in luggage and groceries. A fully stocked kitchen made family meals easy and enjoyable. The best thing of all was; location, location, location right on the beach!!! We enjoyed waking up each morning and having coffee on the deck with powdery white sands and the beautiful Gulf of Mexico as our front yard! Amazing!!! Amazing vacation spot located directly on quiet beach. Enjoyed peaceful walks collecting shells and spectacular views from deck! Exceptional Roman villa like interior. Be sure to visit Fort Pickens nearby and hike nature trails. Walking distance along water to Pensacola Beach attractions. Hope to return soon!
