This is a very family-friendly hotel, with frequent shuttle service to the Universal parks. The pool is great for kids, but is only 4 feet at its deepest. There are 2 bar/lounge areas for adults, however they are pretty much right in the middle of everything. The on-site restaurant is really more of a cafeteria style eatery, but again good for families. Nothing above burger and pizza type selections, but the food is good and service fast. Our 2 bedroom suites were good sized, clean, and had everything except plates and silverware. The biggest complaint about the "2" bedrooms is that there is no privacy for the larger of the two rooms. As soon as you walk in the door, you are looking right at the beds in an open area. This would be okay if your kids are younger, but we had teens, and they weren't happy about it. Another problem is that we flew into Sanford airport, and Universal doesn't have shuttle service like they do at Orlando International. We had to hire private transport. Other than those issues, we enjoyed our stay.
